In a large skillet or sauce pan - fry up a few strips of bacon, crumble, and set aside.
Add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard and lemon juice to the bacon grease left behind and sauté your Asparagus and Sugar Snap Peas on high for about 3 minutes or until slightly softened.
Top with your crumbled bacon, salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy your new favorite summer side.
1 pound of asparagus
8-10 oz of sugar snap peas
4 strips of bacon
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
