Looking for a killer dessert this season? This tart is a simple graham cracker crust, lemon and honey cream cheese filling, and layered fresh organic fruits. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's a great balance to your traditional holiday pies, and sure to please!

Directions

Crush you graham crackers until finely ground

Add in the brown sugar and salt and stir

Using your hands, blend in your melted butter

Press into a parchment paper lined easy release baking tin - either with lifted edges, or flat

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and let rest for at least 20 minutes before filling

Set your cream cheese out to soften for about 30 minutes

Blend with whipping cream, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey

After fully blended without lumps, spoon into your tart crust and smooth - doesn't have to be perfect!

Top your filling and crust with your fruit, and (if you'd like) finish with a simple sugar glaze to really let your fruit sparkle!

20 minutes before serving, release from you pan, and present to your eager eaters 🙂

6 oz Raspberries

6 oz Blueberries

3 Kiwi

FILLING

8 oz Cream Cheese

1/2 cup heavy Whipping Cream

2 tbls Lemon Juice

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

1/4 cup Honey

CRUST

2 cups crushed Graham Crackers

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

Pinch of Salt

8 tblsp Salted Butter
