From ensuring coworkers benefit from a safe workplace to assuring the product heading out to customers is accurate, of the highest quality and arriving with on time delivery, these are just some of the highlights of the work OGC coworkers do.

Asem Tabib-
Head of Safety
Now a full 12 months into the pandemic, OGC’s focus on safety took on new meaning in the last year. With the necessity of health and environmental safety measures such as social distancing and personal protective equipment, the importance of safety in the workplace was of greater importance than ever.
In 2020, OGC was thrilled to welcome Asem Tabib as our Head of Safety.
Born and primarily raised in Eugene, Oregon, with a stint in Egypt and later 15 years spent in Kansas, Asem brings a robust background in managing safety protocols in industrial settings.
Now happy to apply his skills at OGC, Asem’s work has been instrumental in ensuring that coworkers safely navigate the pandemic and in strengthening the systems that help our team remain safe and sound in the workplace in order to sustain our high level of service to growers and accounts. Hats off to Asem for all that he does!
Ronnie Jones-
Warehouse Lead
Ronnie’s love of family and sense of service found a perfect home with OGC when he accepted a role in our warehouse back in 2015. He quickly distinguished himself as a leader, which helped him excel in his career and proved to be a valuable asset to his coworkers. Now, as a lead in Operations, Ronnie’s leadership is effective and well-received by his peers, having a positive end result for our customers!
Olivia McMonagle-
Inventory Management Supervisor
Olivia’s love of delicious produce has followed her around the world as she’s sampled the best local fruits and vegetables from SE Asia to Morocco, South America and Mexico, and back home to the PNW. In her role of Inventory Management Supervisor, Olivia ensures OGC’s high standards for quality are met, and access to incredible produce ranks as her favorite part of working at OGC. Plus, knowing her work helps support local farmers is the proverbial cherry on top!
Steve Brown-
Transportation Support Specialist
Coordinating complex outbound transportation schedules for OGC customer deliveries while singing Christmas tunes keeps Steve busy and happy. In his 12 years with the company, Steve has seen OGC grow a great deal. He takes pride in knowing his work contributes to a company that always has its eye turned to the future and that looks for opportunities to benefit its customers and community along the way!
