Julie Connors, Controller and Chair of the 401(k) Committee, highlighted the committee’s dedication to coworkers’ financial wellbeing. “We look out for coworkers’ financial future by closely monitoring our 401(k) plan,” she explained. “In 2023, we took significant steps, like reducing the fees coworkers pay on funds, adding annual training, introducing ESG target-based funds as the default option, regularly evaluating fund performance and removing underperforming funds. Our goal is to keep everything running smoothly and in compliance with regulations, so our coworkers can feel confident about their financial security.”
