Every year, OGC works with our phenomenal grower partners out of California and beyond to source over 60 varieties of premium citrus, making us the largest distributor of organic citrus in the Pacific Northwest!

 Why so many varieties? 

The short answer is: because we love citrus!

Despite being proud residents of the often rainy, grey Pacific Northwest, we’re bonafide Citrus Nerds that look forward to the onslaught of tangy, sweet, even sometimes bitter orbs that flood the market this time of year!

To help keep the mellow low-acid varieties straight from the high-acid- lip-puckerers and the fresh-eaters from the culinary-powerhouses, we’ve created the OGC Citrus Primer.

In it, you’ll find each variety that we source, broken down by its category, along with a quick-glance attribute list (like, is it seedless?) as well as a longer variety description.
