Organically Grown Company Promotes Produce Leader Mike Neubeck to Vice President of Sourcing
PORTLAND, Ore. — Organically Grown Company (OGC), one of the nation’s leading organic wholesale produce distributors and marketers, has promoted longtime company leader Mike Neubeck to Vice President of Sourcing.

Neubeck, who has been with OGC for nearly 29 years, most recently served as Director of Purchasing and brings decades of experience across sourcing, quality assurance, logistics and operations. He holds longstanding relationships in the Pacific Northwest organic produce community and beyond.

Neubeck’s career with OGC began in 1998 as a part-time warehouser in Eugene, Ore., unloading trucks and supporting the company’s early distribution operations. Over the years, he has held a wide range of positions across the business, including warehousing, driving, quality assurance, inventory management, buying and purchasing leadership. Neubeck will work primarily from OGC’s Eugene hub, maintaining strong ties to the company’s roots.

In addition to his sourcing and operational focus, Neubeck has played an active role in OGC’s governance and stewardship initiatives over the years, including serving on OGC’s Board of Governance, participating in the company’s transition to trust ownership and currently serving as Chair of OGC’s Trust Enforcer governance body.
