Peer-to-peer Empowerment, Appreciation and Recognition (PEAR)

“Last year, the committee organized lots of fun events for coworkers. We volunteered with the nonprofit Willamette Riverkeeper, hosted a block printing and soup competition, and, my personal favorite, started the Trailheads Club to hike together. I feel like we’re the stewards of joy for the company, and I’m excited about the work we did to foster an inclusive and fun place to work,” said Brian Brandon, AM Warehouse Supervisor and Chair of the PEAR Committee.
